Job Description

Data Visualization

  • Design and develop dynamic data visualization dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Build data models based on business requirements, optimize data presentation, and assist relevant departments in interpreting data insights.
  • Provide insightful data visualization solutions to support company decisions and business needs.

Data Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business data, identify key trends, anomalies, and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Prepare analytical reports to support cross-departmental business needs, including sales, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Utilize statistical methods and predictive models to improve business processes or support decision-making.

Data Management and Optimization

  • Assist in building and maintaining databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) to ensure data integrity and efficient operations.
  • Provide support for the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process and optimize data workflows.
  • Help standardize data storage and usage processes to ensure data security and compliance.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and business units to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
  • Provide training and technical support for data tools to relevant departments.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau, with extensive experience in dashboard design and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with mainstream databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL query languages.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and related tools (e.g., Alteryx, SSIS).
  • Strong data analysis and modeling skills, with experience in R or Python for data processing and analysis (a plus).

Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably in multinational corporations or large-team collaboration.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable visualizations.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Project management skills or related experience.
  • Awareness of industry trends and research on cutting-edge data visualization tools.
