What you will do:

  • Translate and communicate with business stakeholders, transition projects from build to operations team.

  • Take full accountability for stability and security of Analytics products.

  • Manage Application services vendors and ensure they are providing optimum service.

  • Handle escalations and communication to ensure stakeholders are well informed.

  • Take the accountability of L2 and L3 level support for Analytics products. Onboard Analytics applications in current landscape for Mergers and Acquisitions.

  • Understand and ensure data privacy laws and ensure adequate adherences.

What you need:

  • At least 13 years of experience in production support, Service delivery and change management. 

  • Experience in supporting ETL/ELT/data pipelines, Business Intelligence, Advanced Data Analytics, Data Warehouse/lake housesolutions architecture.

  • Experience in Microsoft Azure stack, data architecture, data modelling & visualization.

  • Experience current / or prior hands hands-on in the following technologies Azure stack, Power BI, Data science related tech stack, Oracle Azure Synapse Analytics including Data Factory, SQL & spark pool, Power BI, Azure DevOps

  • Understanding architecture best practices in designing, building and maintaining scalable distributed data processing solutions, performance, DevOps, TDD and having an eye for automation.

  • Understanding of functionalities like Identity Management, Security, Data Governance, Devops, Operations on Azure Platform.

  • Knowledge of medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industry and basic knowledge of adjacent areas in terms of processes, organization, products and IS requirements preferred

  • Experience working with executive business stakeholders is required.

  • Proficient in productivity technologies, Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point, visual analytic tools

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control.

  • Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required.

  • Experience in understanding, evaluating, and recommending changes to business processes are required.

  • The expertise in Agile Development methodologies preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated experience leading service operations and service delivery (build) teams.

Travel Percentage: 10%
