Purpose of the job:
- To set up and become the Key User for Industrial Information System Tools (GSI, etc.) to support all the Services projects in the Cluster.
- As a GSI Lead, he/she acts as a superuser and trainer to support all GSI-related activities across the projects as well as to lead sub-projects to operationalize GSI interfaces with external ERP systems.
Key accountabilities as Services Industrialization Data Manager
- To set up and become the Key User for Industrial Information System Tools (GSI, etc.) to support all the Services projects in the Cluster.
- Assures efficient parts codification in line with Platform rules: materials identification, codification process, interfaces with Alstom systems, quality and normative requirements.
- Work with reliability engineer / vehicle engineer from each project to support in the automation and standardisation of reliability reports across the fleets using data from GSI and/or Orbita or Health Hub.
- Implementation of reliability management process (monitoring/improvement) using GSI MR + FRACAS inputs
- Through Business Intelligence (BI), analyze failure criticality studies and uses RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and other available methodologies to define and optimize the maintenance requirements, tasks and intervals jointly with the Reliability Engineer.
- Through GSI & BI, develops methodologies to calculate material, parts and time consumption.
- Analyses and integrates data coming from Operations (Return on Experience).
- Data Management: Lead data cleansing operations to ensure data integrity within the GSI system.
- Change Communication: Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders regarding processes and tools.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and newcomers on processes, business rules, and tools related to the GSI Core Model.
- Process Ambassadorship: Serve as the local process ambassador for the functional stream, leveraging extensive knowledge of current practices and new processes.
- Lead sub-projects to setup the GSI-External ERP (e.g. Maxicloud) interfaces.
- Play a key role in the setup and the running of the proposed Maintenance Performance Centre (MPC) based in Singapore.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Graduate degree or extensive experience in impacted stream such as engineering or supply chain.
- Proficient in with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Proficient in ERP tools
- Analytical skill
