About the Team

HiredScore is the newest addition to the Workday family!

As the leading provider of Talent Orchestration technology, HiredScore’s artificial intelligence, automation and deep integrations empower the largest and most innovative companies in the world to safely and transparently drive critical business outcomes in recruitment productivity, diversity hiring, internal mobility, and total talent management.

Our MLOps team is a core entity in the Data Science group. Our team works closely with Data scientists and ML engineers to create, improve and dictate the needed tools and processes of their day to day, from research to production.

Our team also works closely with the DevOps and platform team to ensure we are a part of cross-team efforts as design partners, and that we use the latest and up-to-date technologies and best practices.

About the Role

  • Develop the infrastructure for a Data Science group – a combination of MLOps, backend software development and DevOps

  • Create tools and processes to ensure Data Science in HiredScore will work and work well

  • Design and implement tools and processes to improve the ML lifecycle

  • Help the group work efficiently and consistently following both an agile methodology and long-term vision

  • Identify technical debt and challenges and help the team to reduce them.

About You

  • At least 3 years of software development experience

  • Experience working in Python

  • Experience working with AWS (or other cloud providers)

  • Experience working in production environments

  • Experience working with a Data Science team and tools and/or MLOps experience e.g. ML models building systems, handling GPU servers, experimentation tools, versioning and deployment of models  – a big advantage

  • Experience managing productions environments and DevOps experience with Kubernetes, Docker, terraform etc. – an advantage

  • Familiar with relational and/or big-data databases e.g. MongoDB, Elasticsearch

  • Knowledge in system architecture, design, and building for scale.

  • A passion for tech and solving complex problems.

  • Can-do attitude, highly motivated, highly effective working independently, and an ambitious team player.
