RouteThis is on a mission to revolutionize technical support.  We build AI-powered solutions that help Internet Service Providers and Smart Home companies solve connectivity and WiFi problems—before the subscriber  ever needs to call.   Our customers already benefit from our SaaS solutions today and we aim to magnify that value by building agentic qualities into our solutions.  As we pivot our platform to be AI-first, we’re looking for a new team member—someone early in their career, passionate about AI, and eager to learn by doing. If you’ve been exploring AI on your own time, hacking together side projects, or experimenting with LLMs for fun, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside experienced AI engineers to build real, agentic AI systems that solve WiFi and connectivity problems for millions of users.
  • Experiment with prompts, models, and tools to explore how LLMs can be applied to real-world support challenges.
  • Prototype ideas quickly and help evaluate what works—and what doesn’t.
  • Learn how to assess model correctness, safety, hallucination, and contextual relevance in practical applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development practices.
  • Ask questions, contribute ideas, and grow into a developer who can ship production-grade AI features.

What You Bring

  • A recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field—or equivalent self-driven experience.
  • A strong curiosity about AI and a track record of exploring it independently (e.g., side projects, hackathons, open source, coursework).Hands-on experience using LLMs or AI tools via APIs like OpenAI or HuggingFace.
  • Comfort with at least one modern programming language—Javascript and Python are ideal.
  • A collaborative, humble, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions and take feedback.
  • Bonus: exposure to web or mobile development, cloud services (AWS, GCP), or basic statistics and data analysis.

We use AWS (EKS, Lambda, Dynamo, RDS), AWS Connect, OpenAI, Snowflake, Node.js, Python, React, Android, and iOS. You don’t need to know it all—but you should be excited to learn and contribute.
