Role Summary As a Software Engineer II in R37, you will contribute to projects from initial development through production deployment, supporting concrete business objectives by designing, coding, and maintaining features that are reliable and scalable. Working under general guidance, you’ll apply professional knowledge to solve challenging problems and support work that creates meaningful business value. Key Responsibilities Contribute to project development: Support feature development and project delivery from requirements analysis through production deployment, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. Develop and maintain features: Write clean, functional code that addresses business needs efficiently and integrates smoothly with existing systems.

Ensure code quality: Create well-tested code and support feature reliability in production through appropriate monitoring and operational best practices. Work collaboratively: Partner with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to translate business requirements into functional software solutions.

Develop technical expertise: Continuously enhance your technical capabilities and participate in team knowledge sharing through code reviews and technical discussions. Required Qualifications Experience building and supporting data platforms or systems in production environments Competency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Kotlin, or C# Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Demonstrated ability to work on technical projects and collaborate with engineering teams Interest in AI-native development environments and willingness to learn new technologies and tools (e. g.

Candidates located near one of our talent hubs—San Francisco, New York, Austin, or Chicago—will be scheduled to meet with team members in those locations. For candidates residing outside these areas, we will arrange travel to a hub for the interview.

00-$150,000. 00 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
