Job Description

Primary Function

You’ll manage Archibus for Space Planning Team. Ensure CAD floorplans, occupant data integrity. Develop systems, assist colleagues with tasks. Vital role for Facility Team’s success, plan for Intuitive’s growth.

You’ll handle occupancy metrics and data sources, working with the team to create data visualizations and processes. You must be responsive, flexible, and collaborative to succeed in this environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains data management plans and instructions for Archibus to update and maintain spatial data
  • Develops, revises, and enforces data management policies and standards of operation
  • Maintains real-time and up-to-date floorplans within Archibus
  • Drives change management in Space Operations as it pertains to data management and updating floorplans
  • Supports occupancy scenario plans, review workplace data, and engage with internal customers to develop innovative solutions.
  • Update and improve our global CAD/CAFM guidelines and standards
  • Educate architects and other vendors on our global guidelines
  • Identifies patterns, relationships, and problems in data sets
  • Extracts pertinent data and build reports for leadership
  • Establishes limitations in data reliability and usability providing a gap analysis.
  • Recommends process improvements and performance enhancements in the IWMS, Archibus
  • Coach peer teams on effective spatial data management and floorplan update process to ensure compliance with established processes

Qualifications

Skill/Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau (Prep), Smartsheets, Snowflake, SQL.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations, and facility management is preferred.
  • Prior work experience within engineering, accounting, business, auditing, or consulting firms
  • Prior audit and/or process improvement experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership attributes

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

  • Problem-solving, math, and general statistical skills
  • Ability to parse, interpret, and organize large amounts of data
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and Executive Management
  • Thorough understanding of management and data administration duties such as collection and distribution
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize work
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proven ability to manage, influence and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross-functional team environment
