We’re looking for a Sr. Analyst, Marketing Strategy & Analytics to join our team based in Bangalore. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, you will be responsible for:

  • Data Insights: Analyze/extract data from various sources (e.g. spend data, marketing/sales performance and web/app browsing behavior) to produce actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate performance of marketing campaigns and events by measuring metrics like lead conversion rates, pipeline generation, and return on investment (ROI, RoAS)
  • Dashboard excellence: Optimize existing Tableau dashboards (or create new ones based on business requirement) to track and monitor performance of marketing campaign strategies and extract actionable insights to ensure revenue growth.
  • Track and build regular metrics packs on campaign performance with hypotheses on areas of improvement
  • Collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources to integrate account level insights, including marketing automation tools, CRM system/SFDC, Snowflake etc.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree, plus 3-5 years in analytics, data analysis and/or consulting roles.  Affinity for collaborating with business partners and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in aggregating, organizing and analyzing big data sets.  Must have strong proficiency of SQL and experience with integration work between data warehouse platforms (Snowflake) 
  • Solid understanding of marketing technology platforms including Web Analytics (Google Analytics), Salesforce CRM, Marketing Automation tools (Marketo), Customer Data Platforms (Segment)
  • Hands-on experience with Visualization tools such as SFDC and Tableau with the ability to focus on design and the user experience

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Hands-on experience with SFDC, Marketo, Snowflake and working knowledge of Python, R and comparable statistical analysis tools
  • 1-2 years of experience in data science to help drive experimental designs, hypothesis testing
  • Experience with either 3rd party or in-house data pipeline tools to automate pulling marketing data from various platforms and APIs
