We are looking for a new Senior Analyst, People Analytics to help us advance data-driven decision-making.

Reporting to the Director, People Analytics Consulting & Delivery, the person in this role will play a pivotal part in translating workforce data into actionable insights used to inform workforce decisions. The work of the People Analytics team is high impact and high visibility across the HR function and is frequently used in strategic discussions at the highest levels. This is an exciting role that will be aligned with several Business Units or Functions and will advise executive clients on workforce strategies.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the client-facing analyst for several business units or functions, understanding business objectives and delivering insights to advise on workforce decisions and strategies
  • Develop standardized workforce metrics and advise the data enablement team to design dashboards to meet client needs, ensure “one source of truth” for workforce data
  • Identify opportunities for report automation or self-service, shifting the focus of work to more strategic consulting support
  • Champion self-service metrics, empowering clients with fast access to data
  • Leverage extensive analytical and predictive models to identify workforce risks & opportunities and make recommendations for workforce risk mitigation strategies
  • Recommend workforce KPIs and lead the Monthly Operating Review with clients to track progress against KPIs and proactively identify barriers
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, generate and test working hypotheses, and uncover insightful trends around attrition, talent acquisition, employee development, diversity, and employee listening
  • Connect and analyze data from multiple sources to create comprehensive analyses
  • Partner with the People Analytics peers to identify the most effective analytical methodologies and processes
  • Simplify complex analytics products into compelling data stories that speed decision-making, interpreting the “so what” and “now what” from analyses

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, I/O Psychology or any other related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a consulting, advisory, or analytics role, with at least 2 years in People Analytics. Consistent track record of creating and delivering value through large scale, global analytics and planning projects.

  • Ability to simplify complex data sets into compelling stories that jump off the page.
  • Experience with analytical and data visualization applications (R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, SPSS, SQL)

Pay and Benefits:

  • The pay for this position is $111,100 – 185,200. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on October 17, 2024.
