You will collaborate closely with product, financial, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that market insights, analysis, and financial metrics align with the strategic direction set by the Product Strategy Group Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Dashboards and Reports: Design and develop dashboards that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical business metrics.
  • KPI Analysis and Monitoring: Analyze KPIs to monitor business trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Translate Business Requirements into BI Solutions: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical BI solutions that align with strategic objectives.
  • Financial Insights and Analysis: Provide detailed financial insights to drive product strategy, including forecasting, ROI analysis, and guiding tactical decisions that align with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration within the BI Squad and across other business units, ensuring alignment with product objectives and broader business goals.
  • Lead Market Research: Lead and oversee the execution of both qualitative and quantitative market research projects, ensuring insights are strategically integrated into product decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role, with a proven track record in building and leading teams.
  • BI Tools and Technical Skills: Expertise in BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker), data visualization, and KPI analysis.
  • Financial and Market Insight Expertise: Proven financial analysis skills with experience in forecasting and ROI analysis.
  • Market Research: Experience in executing and/or leading both qualitative and quantitative market research, with the ability to guide and mentor team members in these areas.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration skills. Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable insights within a BI team.
  • Data Security Knowledge (Nice to Have): Experience in data security, particularly encryption and zero-trust environments, is a plus but not required.
