As a Sr. BI Developer you will be responsible for:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree with over 10 years of professional IT experience.
- More than 5 years of comprehensive experience in the analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of BI applications.
- Over 5 years of solid experience as a Qlik Sense/Qlik View Developer.
- Proficient in creating paginated reports using BI tools like SSRS and Cognos.
- Expertise in designing with third-party tools such as VizLib, etc.
- More than 5 years of experience in writing T-SQL and PL/SQL queries.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in data warehouse methodologies and knowledgeable about various data design models, such as Star and Snowflake schemas.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills across all levels of the development process.
Required Skills –
- Analyze and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop visualizations by translating requirements and creating innovative solutions.
- Create load scripts and QVDs to support dashboards.
- Develop incremental loads and models to meet business needs.
- Design Qlik data models in Qlik Sense to support dashboards.
- Optimize Qlik applications for loading datasets of 100+ million records.
- Lead data discovery, assessment, analysis, modeling, and mapping efforts for Qlik dashboards.
- Create unit test documents and troubleshoot any issues.
- Perform performance tuning to ensure Qlik dashboards meet acceptable response time thresholds.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and QA staff.
- Possess a strong understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling.
- Develop visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using BI tools like Qlik Sense.
- Create paginated reports using Cognos and SSRS.
- Hands-on experience in developing custom dashboards and incorporating images to present data effectively.
Salary Range: $95,000 – $110,000
