WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and develop management dashboards;
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analysis and other strategies that optimize the delivery of analyzes to the field team;
- Obtain data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems;
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets;
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs;
- Locate and define new opportunities for process improvements;
- Development and monitoring of success indicators for the field team;
- Work with the Global IT area to find opportunities to improve the systems and tools used in the area;
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably graduated in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or Administration);
- Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques;
- Proven professional experience as a data analyst or business analyst;
- Experience with cloud (GCP, AWS or Snowflake – differential);
- Deep knowledge and experience with creating dashboards (Power BI, Tableau or DOMO – Differential) and databases (SQL);
- Advanced knowledge in Excel;
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Enthusiasm for research, reporting and presentation of findings;
- Advanced English;
DESIRABLE
- Knowledge in ETL processes using Pentaho Data Integration (PDI);
