Schedule – Tuesday through Saturdays (This is a Hybrid position, 50/50 in office/remote) 

Job Description

The Fulfillment Planning Technology team is building the next generation suite of internal tools that enable Planning and Operations teams to see and act quickly to changing business conditions. We are seeking a strong problem solver with a data-driven curiosity that readily dives deep into data to extract powerful insights that will drive business outcomes. While helping to maintain our web based products and services, the Senior Data Analyst will leverage deep understanding of our team’s products and services to take ownership of projects and analyze complex data sets to drive business outcomes.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on legacy Google Sheets and next-gen web applications
  • Extract and analyze data to develop powerful data-driven insights using SQL, web application data, cross-functional databases, and Google Sheets
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to present insights
  • Collaborate with other team members to integrate insights into tools and web based applications
  • Work with other analysts, engineers and planners to design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable and reliable data pipelines to support our business-critical needs in data ingestion, processing, and analysis

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of data analytics, data science, or engineering experience
  • Bias for action which shows up as proactivity, collaboration, and sharing of knowledge
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced SQL (required), and Google Sheets
  • Experience analyzing data from web based applications to gather and present insights
  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau for data visualization and storytelling
  • Leadership experience through mentorship or direct people management
  • Familiar with code management practices (github) a plus
  • Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis a plus
  • Experience with databases and data warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, DBT, and PostgreSQL a plus
  • Startup experience a plus
  • Experience with Fulfillment, Logistics, Supply Chain or Production a plus
