About this role:

Join our team at Gartner’s Global Strategy and Operations (GSO) division in Gurugram, India, where we collaborate with Gartner Global Services & Delivery to enhance productivity and boost client retention through automated data & analytics solutions. As part of our Service Analytics & Productivity team, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and service productivity across Gartner by uncovering new insights and strategies from large volumes of data. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a high-impact analytics team focused on automation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management, ultimately delivering significant business impact in terms of client retention and service team productivity.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate strategic needs into actionable data insights
  • Develop and maintain robust Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI/Salesforce, ensuring scalability and stability
  • Spearhead automation initiatives to streamline data processes, enhancing efficiency and agility
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, communicating automation strategies and priorities clearly
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration

What you’ll need:

  • 2-6 years of professional experience, with a degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related fields
  • Proficiency in data visualization techniques for impactful storytelling through dashboards
  • Proven track record of innovation, particularly in Power BI projects, with a knack for creative problem-solving
  • Familiarity with Data Lakes, Databricks, and essential libraries like Numpy and Pandas
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation, including ETL processes
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Sharp qualitative and quantitative problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
