Data Collection and Preparation: Gather data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, etc.), clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize data analytic technique to identify trends, pattern and Interpret data to derive meaningful insights and recommendations for pro-active actions.

Data Visualization and Reporting: Create clear and visually appealing data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards). Prepare the reports to communicate and collaborate with the user to understand their needs and deliver the report accordingly.

Problem-Solving: Identify and solve data-related problems. Also develop data-driven solutions to improve planning process.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement the projects which relate to Planning such as Smart Scheduling Tool, Op-center, MRP system, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Experience with Production Planning process, including scheduling, capacity planning and material planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent in English communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
