Sr Data Quality/Integrity Engineer
Job Description
The Senior Data Quality/Integrity Engineer understands end-to-end master data processes and flows and uses that knowledge to design and implement master data management solutions. The Senior Data Quality/Integrity Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Data Quality/Integrity Engineer provides business process, system support and data quality governance for master data through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders. Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to master data management and system. Identifies and implements process improvements in relation to master data processes. Identifies, reviews and evaluates master data management metrics. Recommends ways to strengthen data integrity, quality and availability across the enterprise. Provides training and support on master data process to users. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

- Demonstrates knowledge of data test management
- Contributes to the management of backup and recovery management
- Participates in Disaster Recovery Planning
- Understands capacity management and provides input on data storage requirements

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Business or other equivalent fields
- Knowledge of Salesforce data management
- Knowledge of Salesforce reporting
- Strong technical understanding of data architecture, data quality and related technologies along with data quality management principles
- Familiarity with a data quality, analytics and reporting tools and techniques
- Deep understanding of how data supports corporate strategy, is used within business processes and its impact
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Strong Salesforce knowledge
- Must assume ownership of critical sales data and insure the quality of data used for key processes including account management and sales compensation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administration Certificate preferred

Work at Home Requirements
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
· Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
· Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
· Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
· Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$86,600 – $119,200 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
