We are looking for a Sr Director of AI Agent Development to help lead the charge in leveraging impactful Generative AI capabilities that enhance productivity, provide new internal capabilities, and unlock opportunities for additional revenue. We’re seeking a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, has a track record of building strong teams, has world class communication skills, and is passionate about staying on the frontier of AI. Be a sponge—seek to understand the work of teams around the company. Then help them evolve their workflows to best take advantage of agents and automation. Do so with empathy that change can be disruptive to established ways of working.
Build our AI Agent Developer team. Build, mentor, and scale a global agent developer team that supports functions across the company in creating and maintaining low and high code AI agents.
Hands-on leadership. Be in the weeds with the team as well as a strategic leader, contributing to agent development and pushing the team to stay on the technological edge. Share your expertise.
Become a key member of the AI Center of Excellence, sharing your expertise to help others around the company build better agents, and support company-wide AI training efforts. Stay on the frontier of AI and advise on adoption of new methods and tools. Be flexible yourself as everything about this role will need to continue to evolve as the AI ecosystem evolves.
What You’ll Need: Data Science and AI experience. 15+ years of experience in data science and/or AI, with 7+ years in senior leadership roles. Experience with low-code and high-code AI agents.
Lead the development of canonical agents to support the most essential work across the company. Produce agents that operate in a cost-effective manner, and integrate seamlessly into the workflows of the teams that benefit from them. Experience evaluating, monitoring, and improving agents to maximize ROI.
