About the role:

At Browserstack, decisions are powered by data, and our Central Analytics Team is at the heart of every strategic move. We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Lead to join us in this pivotal role. As a global leader in SaaS products for testing web and mobile applications, Browserstack thrives on innovation and collaboration. The Senior Lead will be instrumental in crafting our data analytics strategy and translating insights into actionable decisions that drive our organization forward.

What will you do?

• Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a robust analytics strategy that aligns with our business goals and industry standards. Identify key metrics for competitive advantage and fuel business growth.

• Data Modeling and Analysis: Lead the design and implementation of data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to extract actionable insights from complex data sets. Dive deep into analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and optimisation opportunities.

• Data Governance: Establish and uphold data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. Collaborate across functions to streamline data processes and enhance accessibility.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineering teams, sales, marketing, and others to understand business needs and deliver analytics solutions that make a tangible impact on our business.

• Reporting and Visualisation: Oversee the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualisations that effectively communicate critical metrics, KPIs, and insights to stakeholders at all levels. Drive continuous improvement in data presentation.

• Innovation and Research: Stay ahead of emerging trends in data analytics and machine learning. Identify opportunities for innovation and recommend strategies to leverage advanced analytics capabilities.

Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, Looker, and Tableau.

• Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms like Google Cloud.

• Proven track record of leading successful analytics projects from exploration to deployment.

• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving skills, and a strategic mindset focused on driving business impact through data-driven insights.
