Machine Learning Engineer – Gen AILoaction – Mumbai/PuneRole & Responsibilities:● Developing high-level solution architectures and working with our offshore team of big-data engineers and machine learning engineers to build, test, and assess models that predict and optimize business outcomes based on the client’s success criteria.● Develop sophisticated yet simple interpretations and communicate insights to clients that lead to quantifiable business impact.● Building deep relationships with clients by understanding their stated but more importantly, latent needs.● Working hands-on with the delivery teams in building solutions in the healthcare domain (Provider, Payer, and Pharma)● Working closely with the offshore delivery managers to ensure seamless communication and delivery cadence.Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification, and classification● Serve as a mentor or guide for junior resources/freshers.● Lead the technical discussion with the clients regarding updates/risks/blockers, etc. Fluent in communication.Skills expectation: ● Must have: o Hands-on experience in developing and deploying models in computer vision or NLP or botho Experience or exposure to LLMs, Gen AI/ prompt engineering (RAG architecture)Experience or exposure to LLMs, Gen AI/ prompt engineering (RAG architecture)o Work with MLOps frameworks and tools to train and interpret the ML models for business stakeholders.o Knowledge of Cloud-environments like GCP/AWS and ML frameworks likeTensorFlow/PyTorch etco Ability to think creatively and work well both as part of a team and as an individual contributor.o Critical eye for the quality of data and a strong desire to get it right.o A pleasantly forceful personality and charismatic communication style.o Someone who will raise the average effectiveness of the team.
