PO) for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) is responsible for translating retail supply chain and planning strategy into executable product delivery. This role sits at the intersection of merchandising, supply chain, finance, and technology, ensuring that S&OP capabilities enable accurate forecasting, balanced demand and supply, and aligned financial outcomes. The Sr.

Product Owner owns the day-to-day product backlog for S&OP platforms and capabilities, working closely with Product Managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven planning solutions that support enterprise-level decision-making. YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Product Ownership & DeliveryOwn and manage the S&OP product backlog, ensuring alignment to product strategy, business outcomes, and roadmap priorities.

Translate business needs into well-defined epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization activities to maximize value delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for the agile & business teams on S&OP-related requirements and decisions.

S&OP Domain LeadershipPartner with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Finance teams to enable end-to-end S&OP processes, including demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, store replenishment, and financial reconciliation. Ensure solutions support key S&OP cycles such as monthly planning, executive reviews, and exception management. Drive adoption of best-in-class retail planning practices, including scenario modeling, what-if analysis, and cross-functional alignment.

Stakeholder CollaborationAct as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, balancing competing priorities across demand, supply, and financial objectives. Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and align on outcomes. Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to product leadership and business partners.

Data, Analytics & Technology EnablementEnsure S&OP capabilities leverage high-quality data, integrated systems, and analytics to support accurate and timely decision-making. Collaborate with data, analytics, and platform teams to define requirements for forecasts, KPIs, dashboards, and alerts. Support integration across upstream and downstream systems (e.
