What you’ll doWe are seeking a highly technical and analytical Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across our Sales and Partner organizations, while supporting strategic alignment across the broader global Go-To-Market (GTM) ecosystem.
In close partnership with Sales, Partner, and Revenue leaders, this role will own critical analyses, reporting infrastructure, and strategic insights that shape our GTM strategy and performance. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of GTM motions and strong analytical, data modeling, and visualization capabilities.
They are comfortable working with large and complex datasets to uncover trends, surface insights, and deliver clear, executive-ready recommendations. They are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, excels at solving problems with data, and proactively identifies opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale processes across the organization. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Vice President, Sales and Partnerships Strategy & Operations.
ResponsibilityAnalyze sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and market trends to identify growth opportunitiesTranslate data into compelling insights and clear executive-ready narratives that influence strategic decisionsPartner with Sales, Partner, Marketing, CS, and Finance to align on business goals and KPIsAct as a trusted advisor to Sales and Partner leaders, providing data-driven insights that influence strategy, territory planning, and investment decisionsPartner closely with Finance, RevOps and Data teams to align GTM analytics with broader business priorities, ensuring consistency in forecasting, goal-setting, and reportingDevelop executive-ready presentations and dashboards that clearly communicate performance drivers and business impactDesign, build, and enhance dashboards and reporting frameworks in Salesforce, Tableau, and SnowflakeDevelop scalable SQL data models and queries to support analysis and recurring insightsOwn data pipelines and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of GTM reportingIdentify gaps in sales processes and propose data-driven improvementsBuild automated workflows, reporting enhancements, and tools that improve team efficiency and data visibilitySupport annual and quarterly planning cycles including forecasting, GTM business reviews and capacity modelingWork with Sales & Partner leaders to interpret performance metrics and recommend actionsPartner with RevOps and Finance to improve data definitions, governance, and system integrationsManage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment Job DesignationHybrid:Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.

What you bringBasic5+ years of related experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, or Strategy—ideally in a SaaS environment with a Bachelor’s degreeExperience with SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions)Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud warehousesExperience with Tableau (dashboard building, calculated fields, LOD expressions)Experience with Salesforce reporting and CRM analyticsProven experience working with large, complex datasets and transforming them into actionable insights PreferredAbility to create clear, crisp executive-level presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides). A proactive, curious mindset with a track record of driving automation, improving workflows, and building scalable solutionsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholdersStrong attention to detail, ownership mentality, and comfort operating independently Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $114,200.
00 – $177,100. 00 base salary Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $109,600. 00 – $150,62
