The Innovations team’s primary job is to build new, innovative applications using AI and analytics, to help our customers effectively and efficiently deliver experience as a service (XaaS). Job SummaryManage and contribute to the end-to-end effort of bringing Genesys App Foundry applications and solutions to market. From ideation, architecting, developing, testing, implementing, selling, delivering, and maintaining applications and solutions, this role requires a Consulting and Product mindset. Basic Qualifications:8+ years of product development, product management, or consulting, with some experience in the contact center space3+ years working with AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience in data integration activities including architecting designing coding and testing phases. Architect the data warehouse and guide the team in implementation using Snowflake SnowSQL and other big data technologiesExpertise in Snowflake data modeling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, implementing complex stored procedures and standard DWH and ETL conceptsUnderstanding data pipelines and modern ways of automating data pipelines using cloud-based implementation and testing and documenting the requirements to create technical and functional specifications.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentEffectively communicates to diverse technical and non-technical audiences, including developers, technical leads, peer architects, delivery owners, business owners, senior leaders, etcExperience with data and analytics applicationsDesirable Qualifications:Certified in SnowflakeExperience working with remote engineering teamsFamiliar with software development and project management frameworksExperience in consulting or developing products and solutions with contact center technologies like Genesys Engage, Genesys Cloud, Cisco, Avaya, etc.#LI-PS1#remoteCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
