Staff Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for machine learning infrastucture engineer with strong programming and development skills and experience with machine learning. Experiences with machine learning algorithm, applications and frameworks are required.
Our mission is to solve the autonomous driving problem. You will work with a team of machine learning researchers to build AI software systems, learn about deep learning algorithms, and use your technical skills to advance autonomous driving.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and improve training system for perception, prediction, and planning models.
- Improve user-ability and flexibility of machine learning infrastructure (training, serving, data mining, etc.)
- Work across teams to deploy machine learning solutions to cloud cluster and/or embedded systems.
Minimum Skill Requirements:
- 3-5 years + of programming in Python/C++ with a deep understanding of system design, programming techniques, and machine learning algorithms.
- Master one of several mainstream machine learning development framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, MXNet.
- Familiar with machine learning ecosystems and latest trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with autonomous driving practice and machine learning infrastructure design principals.
- Experience with hardware-software co-design, ML acceleration, or ML for systems.
- Knowledge of large foundation model training and serving techniques.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 – $300,000, in addition to bonus, equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
