Tenstorrent
Startup GTM
Job Description
Tenstorrent is leading the industry on cutting-edge AI technology, revolutionizing performance expectations, ease of use, and cost efficiency. With AI redefining the computing paradigm, solutions must evolve to unify innovations in software models, compilers, platforms, networking, and semiconductors. Our diverse team of technologists have developed a high performance RISC-V CPU from scratch, and share a passion for AI and a deep desire to build the best AI platform possible.
We value collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to solving hard problems. We are growing our team and looking for contributors of all seniorities. At Tenstorrent, we build computers for AI, and the developers shaping its future. Our high-performance RISC-V CPUs, modular chiplets, and scalable compute systems give developers full control at every layer of the stack, at any scale from a single-node experimentation to data center-scale deployment.
We believe in an open future. Our architecture and software are designed to be edited, forked, and owned.
Our team of engineers, dreamers, and first-principle thinkers is redefining how hardware and software converge to accelerate innovation. Startups and small businesses are searching for sovereign solutions. Find early customers, weird use cases, and scrappy teams that prove where our hardware wins.
You’re not here to run a playbook, you’re here to help write it — finding fit, pressure-testing assumptions, and shaping our GTM motion across startups and small engineering-led companies who move fast and expect clarity. If you like working where nothing is predetermined and everything is possible, this is that job. This role is remote, based out of New York, NY, Austin, TX, Santa Clara, CA.
We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.
Who You AreComfortable navigating technical conversations with engineering-led customers and AI/ML teams. Energized by ambiguity, problem-solving, and building processes from the ground up. Balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
Motivated by early-stage momentum, growth, and working closely with founders. Know that small deals are just as important as the big ones. What We NeedOwnership of the full GTM funnel, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on early revenue traction.
Curiosity and drive to find new players, markets, and business models that meaningfully shape the engineering and product roadmap. Engagement with developers, architects, and product leaders to understand needs and position solutions clearly. Creation of repeatable playbooks, materials, and workflows that scale as the company grows.
What You Will LearnAI/ML workloads map onto cutting-edge semiconductor architectures in real customer environments. Early-stage GTM decisions influence product strategy, partnerships, and long-term revenue paths. To build and refine a sales motion inside a startup scaling toward enterprise adoption.
