Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. Preferred qualifications:MBA degree.

2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting. 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative business, business development, or a digital media environment. About the jobThe Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS) Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.

We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ResponsibilitiesOwn large projects and be responsible for end-to-end outcomes and deliverables and manage project scoping and plans, define workstreams and coordinate resources. Identify new strategic opportunities and provide a point-of-view on options, risks and upsides that affect business growth. Navigate ambiguity by distilling undefined issues into clear problem statements and exhibiting strong judgment in ambiguous and testing situations.

Influence and achieve alignment among a set of stakeholders (e. g. , Directors) with engaging objectives on solutions that are right for Google.

Utilize an expert understanding of the broader team’s strategy, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and business plans.
