Your new role
In your role, you will support Bid Managers and tender teams with proposal-related tasks and activities as well as organizational and administrative matters and day-to-day operations. You can expect around 10-20 hours’ work per week.
Your tasks and responsibilities
As part of a multidisciplined project team, you will take on diverse tasks and responsibilities varied complexity and scale, such as:
- Assisting in pre-qualification and proposal preparation by collecting company details and documentation, CVs, project references and more.
- Tracking client and project data in databases such as CRM, Project Integration Tool, and Ramlink.
- Supporting bid managers and tender teams with coordination and administrative tasks for internal processes throughout the tender lifecycle.
- Contributing to business intelligence workstreams, including key account and market meetings, by doing research, and compiling and providing relevant data.
- Assisting in the administration of internal and external meetings, workshops, and events, including the preparation of presentations.
Your new team
You will be part of our international Business Intelligence & Sales function, which supports Ramboll’s global wind division with client & market insights in various geographies, and is responsible for its bid management and sales processes. You will support cross-functional teams, establishing compliance with client and Ramboll Group requirements and guidelines.

These include:
- Study towards or holding a Bachelor or Masters student in Business Administration, Business Communication or Engineering (e.g., sustainability, civil, process, electrical, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experienced with CRM systems, Document Management Systems, procurement processes is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experienced team player, able to manage your own tasks and work with minimal supervision.
- Solution-oriented with a structured way of working.
