The Supervisor, Data Integrity sits within Alcon’s US Service Operations provide critical support to Field Service and related teams. The role will focus on developing and improving master data management to increase operational efficiency, strengthen data governance, and increase data value through deployment of user-friendly processes, system tools, and data architecture simplification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight and leadership for all day-to-day Data Integrity and related activities.
- Ensures timely and accurate delivery in accordance with established KPIs and SLAs.
- Identifies and recommends process improvement opportunities and drives outcomes as a change leader.
- Proactively runs departmental reports and disseminates to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Coordinates audit and surveillance of team activities to include quality monitoring and sampling of data entries.
- Liaises between teams to identify opportunities consistent with Alcon’s goal of continuous improvement.
- Acts as Local Process Owner (LPO) for assigned functions.
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6yrs; M.S.+0 yrs) The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
