Job Description
In addition, the candidate should possess a robust capacity to generate and implement actionable insights derived from data within the Fulfillment network. This role requires not only a keen eye for detail but also the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams, ensuring that strategic initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives in the Australian market
Key job responsibilities
• Perform operational reporting, ad-hoc business analyses and appropriate modeling.
• Develop evaluation framework for the network to invest in various continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to business decisions by providing insightful analysis and methodical consideration for the end-to-end impact to systems, tools and ongoing support requirements.
• Identify opportunities and drive automation in existing manual process
• Develop ad hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives.
• Facilitate the Business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items

Basic Qualifications
– 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
– Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
– Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
– Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
Preferred Qualifications
– Master’s degree, or Advanced technical degree
– Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
– Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
