Supply Chain Master Data Analyst

Job Overview
The role helps support the defining & implementation of our mid-long-term strategy to design a robust supply chain. This is a differentiation to drive sustainable growth.
This role requires being ready to challenge the status quo, roll up your sleeves, and work together with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and operationalize solutions as well as ensure its smooth adoption by effective change management within our organization.
This role will report jointly to the Master Data Governance Manager for Data and Devices “DND” Business Unit.
Responsibilities
Master data management
- Manage MD for execution as well as for Planning purposes in the sites of scope including life cycle management
- Ensure proactive data creation, updates, and deletions as per business requirements while following overall guidelines given by MD Governance Team
- Propose governance actions within the department to improve efficiency across Plants & DCs
- Propose improvement actions in terms of governance & Execution
- Be the SPOC with the Plants & DCs to coordinate required changes whatever the origin (proactive cleansing, new projects, improvements, …)
- Assess carefully transversal projects impacting transversal data (E2E view/scope)
- Coordinate with all the local teams who are in the loop of responsibility for master data.
Monitor Master data Quality and Launch Corrective Plans
- Run periodically Core queries to generate data quality reports, run consistency checks, conduct analysis of Data Quality Reports, plan and take corrective actions to avoid inconsistencies in data,
- Execute reports and queries to validate and maintain MD consistency.
- Establish and communicate the MD dashboard with main KPIs to track the MD Activity & Health

What your background should look like:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics a plus
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in Master Data and Supply chain role
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI, and Tableau a plus
- Automate repetitive requests from your business area and focus on delivering value through your performance insights.
- Ability to work in Cross-Cultural teams and international contexts – can adapt to different time zones.
- Experience working in a multinational organization is a must
- Strong Analytical & continuous improvement Skills (problem solver) as well as a good understanding of data analytics capabilities. Manage master data audit/health.
- Knowledge of SAP (Production data, lead time management, inventory management) is a must
- Experience in IBP or equivalent planning tools is a plus
- Highly customer-centric oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills,
- Ability to prioritize and maintain appropriate balance in a fast-paced, heavy-workload environment
- Ability to influence and convince
