GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Facilitates and supports the daily business operations of various departments. Assists the managers with clerical functions, data entry, payroll maintenance, education, tracking, associate scheduling, and budget information.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides clerical support, maintains inventory, and copies and distributes appropriate information / communications / reports. (40%)
- Assists with scheduling and coordination of department specific projects, gathering data as directed by department leader. (30%)
- Prioritize workflow and complete within defined time parameters. (10%)
- Collects, sorts, distributes and prepares incoming and outgoing mail. (10%)
- Manage customer service issues and resolve related problems. (10%)
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum
- High school diploma or GED; or one – three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience with various computer software programs.
- 0-1 years’ experience.
- Experience in medical office or imaging office setting
