Job Description

This role will help us to achieve our sustainability goals through intelligent data analysis and architecture. Our vision is to create a highly efficient, automated data sustainability ecosystem to analyze, report, manage and control all aspects of our sustainability strategy.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Create and steer the implementation of an integrative sustainability data-ecosystem  
  • Development and implementation of data architectures to support our sustainability initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining data pipelines to collect and analyze sustainability data
  • Creating dashboards and reports to visualize data and support strategic decisions
  • Conducting data analyses to identify trends and derive recommendations for action
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve data collection and quality
  • Support in the preparation of ESG reports (CSRD, etc.), ESG ratings and sustainability assessments

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Education: Completed studies in field of Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Environmental Sciences, Statistics or similar 
  • Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Architect, ideally in the field of sustainability
  • Required Skills: Sound knowledge of database technologies, ETL processes and data modeling,  Experience with BI tools such as Power BI , programming skills in SQL, Visual Basic, Excel, Access, experience with SAP / Snowflake, knowledge of sustainability issues
  • Languages: Very good spoken and written English (C1+ Level), German is an advantage
  • Competences: Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
