The SVP of AI Solutions & Services will focus on leading and expanding DataRobot’s offering in this space, and will have end-to-end responsibility from refining the strategic direction, to evolving the pricing and packaging, developing the go-to-market strategy, setting up the delivery model and team structure, and ultimately partnering with some of the largest enterprises in the world on their AI journey powered by DataRobot.
Additionally, this role will lead a global Professional Services team of Data Scientists and Solution Architects who have the day-to-day responsibility of working with our customers and helping them get value from AI and DataRobot. This team works across the full lifecycle of a customer, from onboarding to AI use case definition and prioritization, model building and deployment, and into production and governance.
This is a critical leadership role within DataRobot and will be responsible for helping set the company’s future direction and expanding the business’s growth areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize the current offering and build and incubate a new set of AI solutions and services offerings based on customer demand and market opportunity
  • Define the key elements of each offering (e.g. value proposition, components / deliverables, software vs service mix, skills and capacity required to deliver, etc.)
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to determine how to configure solutions that utilize the DataRobot platform, to establish repeatability/scalability
  • Participate in go-to-market efforts, working with prospects and customers at the executive level to determine how DataRobot AI Solutions & Services can help them
  • Lead and manage the Professional Services organization end to-end, including all aspects of defining the skillsets, recruiting, pricing and cost structure, etc.
  • Be an evangelist with the ability to discover and demonstrate how DataRobot can effectively help customers with their business problems across a broad set of industries
  • Partner with the Sales and Customer Success organizations to drive exceptional customer experience and satisfaction
  • Partner with the Product and Engineering organizations to review customer requirements/feedback, identify opportunities for enhancements, and prioritize development for roadmap features to address specific customer requirements
  • Drive operational efficiencies through overall processes, metrics, and dashboards and work effectively with the partner ecosystem to ensure timely delivery and growth.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • 12+ years of experience in consulting and/or industry within the solutions & services space
  • 7+ years of experience building and leading technical teams (data scientists, solution architects, developers, etc.) that are global and also offshore
  • Experience working with and influencing at the executive/c-level, within an organization and/or as a consultant
  • Proven ability to define and build out new service and solutions offerings end-to-end, including overall responsibility for delivery to the end customer
  • Experience building and running a professional services organization, and establishing a delivery model that can scale
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability/desire to work in a dynamic start-up environment and a bias for action
  • Familiarity with the AI use cases and capabilities that help customers and internal stakeholders get tangible value from AI
  • Familiarity with a relevant set of verticals (e.g. Financial Services, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas) and/or horizontals (e.g. Supply Chain)
  • Experience working with GSIs/Partners to build and deliver solutions and services, from contract scoping/negotiations through delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field)
