You will be responsible to guarantee, perform and optimize processes in accordance with Nielsen standards, configuration and administration of the TV rating production system and alternative home screens. Control the production processes of the databases committed to clients, guaranteeing the integrity and protection of the information.Provide technical support to users and/or clients of the system and have extensive knowledge of the installation methodologies of related equipment remotely and on site, as well as support actively in the implementation of contingency plans, guaranteeing the information backups availability, documenting the processes and system operation, as well as investigating and responding to atypical events detected in production systems.

Responsabilities

  • Manage and maintain end to end the TAM measurement production system.
  • Support in the installation and configuration of production platforms.
  • Provides general maintenance to Windows/Linux servers involved in the production system.
  • Guarantee the operation of the different production platforms.
  • Guarantee the integrity of the information.
  • Provide technical support to users who use production systems and consulting tools.
  • Performs the installation of Pollux ,UBO or Ariana/Markata sofware to clients for internal or externar users.
  • Management of Severities in incidents presented during the process.
  • Investigate the causes that alerts are triggered in the systems.
  • Monitor the Prepoll, Nightpoll and Postpoll processes and respond in case of failure.
  • Knows the Prepol, Nightpoll and Pospoll process and provides support, and notify in case of failure (Sev1).

Personal Skills

  • Preferably a Systems, Communications, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineer or similar.
  • Advanced English
  • Preferably 1 year or more in support, administration and/or architecture of multi-platform environments or experience in structured voice, data, audio and video cabling installations.
  • Knowledge in:
