Job Description

Therefore, we need to accurately measure quality, speed and volume. Your main challenge will consist of streamlining data in our talent system to generate insightful, clean reports. You’ll also be involved in the daily operations of our talent acquisition team, working with a unique hiring process.

Take ownership

Help us streamline the data in our talent system by identifying and solving overlapping or outdated categories or tags.

Contribute to our talent acquisition KPI tracking dashboards.

Support the daily TA activities by assisting with planning tasks and candidate communication.
Requirements

You are curious about interpreting raw data into business insights.

You enjoy analyzing data and can create dashboards tailored to specific requests.

You catch details that others might miss and you are well versed in Excel.

You are an excellent communicator and speak English fluently.
