Job Description

Lead and plan the work of a cross-functional AI development team, responsible for the adoption of AI solutions within one of the most innovative tech companies in Poland. Evaluate AI opportunities, define business-aligned solutions, and ensure agile delivery using modern technologies.

Project Context & Tasks:

  • Develop an AI architecture enabling rapid deployment and testing of AI solutions.

  • Recommend solutions considering existing systems.

  • Create a cost-optimized AI sandbox and educational environment for experimentation.

  • Oversee the operationalization of AI models, including CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and performance optimization.

  • Coordinate AI PoCs and production implementations tailored to business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage team activities with agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence).

  • Define and oversee solutions developed with Java, Python, Spring Boot, Docker, and Tanzu.

  • Guide adoption of Microsoft Azure cloud for AI.

  • Document architecture and workflows with Enterprise Architect

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in IT team management or enterprise architecture.

  • Experience organizing agile teams and workflows.

  • Proven ability to deliver AI solutions in production environments using Java, Python, Spring Boot, Docker, SQL, and Azure.
