The successful candidate will spearhead strategic sales into existing customers for our business as it grows exponentially across the Americas and/or EMEA. The Account Manager will be accountable for outstanding customer service and sales goals. The candidate will have flexibility and accountability to grow existing portfolios by building relationships; prior experience in high-level complex technology sales within the financial services industry will be most valuable. A passion for the position, a proactive disposition and attitude, sharp communication and listening skills, and the ability to collaborate with other functional professionals, are seen as essential attributes. Therefore, the ideal candidate must have an established track record of successfully managing new accounts and hitting sales targets by building relationships, developing trust with new contacts, and growing existing accounts.

What You’ll Do:
- Achieve sales growth and retention quota targets and objectives.
- Work closely with the originating relationship manager to become intimately familiar with existing client accounts, their stakeholders, and their needs/report scopes.
- Serve as primary point of contact for relevant client accounts, ensuring client requests and communications are actioned in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the client success and delivery/execution functions to ensure client needs are communicated and expectations are met accordingly.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with client stakeholders, staying in touch with key developments and account status.
- Develop thorough understanding of all Exiger Tech and Diligence products and solutions, and their use cases.
- Identify and analyze underlying customers’ business and sales issues to match appropriate solutions to the customers’ requirements.
- Business reviews quarterly to evaluate opportunities to resolve issues, review quality and look for additional partnership opportunities with client.
- Evaluate potential market opportunities and competitors to ensure we are maximizing revenue and selling effectively against competitors.
- Work closely with Exiger’s Marketing team on relevant marketing efforts and campaign execution, including conferences, webinars, and knowledge-share events.
- Maintain records of sales visits, appointments, contacts and sales campaigns in the global CRM (Salesforce.com).
What You’ll Need:
- High level of initiative and self-motivation; ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the processes and daily workflow of compliance, procurement, supply chain, legal, and ECM professionals, and other due diligence customers
- Ability to accommodate Americas time zone differences to support client requests during client’s business hours, as needed.
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside of standard business hours to meet deadlines and/or entertain customers.
- Strong written and verbal English language skills
- Ability to lead presentations in a customer-facing environment in an adaptive style.
- Ability to increase revenue from existing customers.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple activities ensuring revenue goals are achieved.
- Familiarity working with Exiger’s suite of Diligence & Tech solutions preferred.
- Ability to travel to client sites, once safe to do so
Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 years of experience interfacing with and managing customers
- At least 5 years of experience working with financial services and/or due diligence sectors.
