What will your typical day look like?
As a Technology Lead, your day will involve:
- Working with Financial Data, Analytics and Visualization.
- Collaborating across teams both internal to Deloitte and with vendors to ensure technical delivery. Understanding the culture of working in a global firm like Deloitte, working across geographies and virtual teams. Coaching and mentoring of team members on their performance and achieving their goals.
- Articulating technical complexities to business stakeholders in a manner that helps business to take decision. Ability to perform as a BSA or an application architect if situation demands.
- Designing and execution of BODS ETL and HANA modelling/calculated views and HANA schema objects
- Acting as a backup for technical delivery manager during CA hours.
- Working with analytic toolsets like, SAP SAC, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI to assess the most appropriate layer to execute business logic/transformations in the entire tool stack
- Designing and coding complex features, debugging, unit testing, building configuring, and deploying application software.
- Analyzing, designing, and recommending third-party tools and custom applications. Analyzing the required functionality and implements customizations to platforms or develops custom solutions to fulfill business requirements.
- Reviewing developers work to ensure solutions are aligned to architectural specifications and design. Investigating and correcting reported issues against existing software. Recommending/Implementing performance improvements including tuning, code refactoring or process changes.
- Collaborating with technical delivery manager on work effort estimates, resource allocation/prioritization and scheduling
- Understanding business requirements and create clear, technical specifications outlining the specific enhancement or functionality required. Supplying estimations, status updates, and escalations to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Providing on-going support to business and content teams managing sites on strategic technology platform.
- Leading configuration management including source code control, build automation and development of deployment/transport scripts and instructions.
- Developing and maintaining testing scenarios and prepares necessary test data for thorough unit and integration testing results. Maintaining source control, version control, and defect tracking systems.
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Leading the Maintenance release activities for the Production code and provide assistance in any technical trouble shooting of the Production codes.

- Previous experience to perform exploratory data analysis to discover insightful trends and relationships
- Deep knowledge in design and execution of BODS ETL and HANA modelling/calculated views and HANA schema objects
- Some experience in leading team to investigate new techniques, methods and technologies
- Proven track record of product innovation in collaboration with Business.
- Robust communication, trouble shooting and situational leadership skills.
- Sound knowledge of AZURE SQL and maintaining infrastructure in Azure a plus
- Past experience in managing Team of developers, data and QA analysts
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 – $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
