About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager to join our Product Management Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the roadmap and execution of our data engineering projects. You will work closely with our talented team of data engineers to define detailed specifications, manage integrations with other platforms, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business impact. This is a great opportunity for a Data Engineer looking to transition to a Product Management role.
Day to Day:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

Support Data Self-Service within Aura through tools like Heap

Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, feature requirements, and technical design documents.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements and dependencies.

Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, working with engineers to implement solutions.

Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback on product features and priorities.

Act as a liaison between the data engineering team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
What you bring to the table:

5+ years of Product Management or Data Engineering experience with strong communication skills, able to translate between business and technical requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Background in CyberSecurity, Consumer Financial Products, or Credit and Risk Products is a bonus

Experience working across multiple teams and managing a complex network of stakeholders

Strong ability to prioritize

Pay range for this position is $120,000 – $180,000 but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
