Job SummaryThis job supports technical program planning and milestone tracking activities within established engineering processes and frameworks. It assists experienced program managers in documenting requirements, gathering data, and maintaining program records. The job contributes to cross-functional collaboration while learning standard program management methodologies and tools. Works under general supervision and may require training and detailed instructions for assigned tasks.

As an entry-level EDM, you will support delivery execution within a single team or small project area. You’ll assist with agile ceremonies, track progress in Jira, and help identify blockers.

You’ll work under close guidance from more senior TPMs or EDMs. Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesSupporting technical program planning activities and milestone tracking under guidance from experienced team membersAssisting with research and documentation tasks to help achieve program objectives using established processesContributing to cross-functional team collaboration by gathering and organizing program-related informationFollowing project plans and technical specifications while completing assigned program tasks with supervisionMaintaining basic program records and helping identify critical path items using standard tracking toolsParticipating in the development of program goals by providing input and following established frameworksLearning engineering processes and helping document opportunities for improving program efficiencySupporting schedule management by tracking assigned tasks and reporting progress to program leadershipRegular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Platform Delivery LeadershipSupport a single team’s delivery execution under guidance. Track progress and surface blockers to senior EDMs.
