We are currently searching for a Test Data Manager :

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies for Test Data Management (TDM), focusing on synthetic data generation and data privacy.
  • Architect and implement TDM solutions that automate test data creation, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, and manage centralized test data repositories.
  • Lead TDM teams to ensure adherence to best practices in data management and integration with DevOps workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards, emphasizing data masking and PII encryption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet test data requirements and align strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by adopting industry trends and implementing performance metrics for TDM processes.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in data subsetting, deidentification, and masking.
  • Proficiency with relational databases, including Oracle, MSSQL, Sybase, or others.
  • 5+ years of database design, data modeling, programming, and development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting in Unix/Linux environments (e.g., Shell, Perl, VB Script, .bat).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC with hands-on scripting and unit testing experience across all phases.
  • Ability to identify dependencies, constraints, and risks related to data compliance.
  • Experience collaborating with QA, development, and business teams to manage data workflows.
  • Capability to address escalations and manage project progress concerns.

Desired:

  • Certifications in TDM tools such as Certified Test Data Manager (CTDM), Informatica Certified Specialist – Test Data Management, CA Test Data Manager (CA TDM), or ISTQB Advanced Level Test Data Manager.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
