Elevation Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a Trainee Machine Operator to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and the right attitude, looking to kickstart a career in manufacturing. You’ll be trained to operate a state-of-the-art finishing slitting machine – so we’re looking for someone with real drive, focus, and attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing:

• Learning to operate and set up a high-value slitting machine

• Ensuring products are manufactured to the highest standards

• Supporting the wider production team in day-to-day operations

• Following health & safety procedures at all times

What we’re looking for:

• A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

• Good attention to detail and reliability

• Previous manufacturing or machine experience beneficial (but not essential)

• Flexibility to work continental shifts
