The RoleWe are looking for an accomplished Business Intelligence Analyst with experience working in the travel and expense industry to join our team in London.
This is a dedicated client focused role working with one of our key clients in the banking sector within the Travel & Expense team. Experience in T&E analytics is required so that you can ensure that they harvest value from the analysis produced by PredictX.
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to our client’s employee support requests, providing regular training to platform users, managing report distributions, and handling ad hoc report requests for senior leaders.

Responsibilities
- Responding to our client’s employee support requests
- Providing regular training to platform users
- Roll out of new features/modules to users
- Adding, removing, updating user access and managing coverage
- Data validation and data provider management
- Manage report distributions
- Ad Hoc report requests for senior leaders
- Feedback of new analysis/features
- Access to our client’s network with a dedicated client email address
- Internal corporate training in conjunction with the client
About You
- Experience in Business Intelligence Analysis and Project Management.
- Experience in Travel, Expense or Payments.
- Strong SQL, Agile, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to anticipate upcoming issues and working out potential solutions.
- Proven record in challenging and motivating others alongside a technical understanding of infrastructure components and software development processes.
- Experienced Business Intelligence Analyst who can work collaboratively with our Client and PredictX teams to provide exceptional service and value to our clients.
- You will be required to work in the PredictX London office (close to Victoria Station) and at the clients office (close to Canary Wharf).
Skills & Experience
- 1 years + experience in Business Intelligence Analysis and Project Management
- 1 years + Travel/Expense/Payments experience
- Client facing
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer service
- Strong SQL, Agile and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to anticipate upcoming issues and workout potential solutions
- Anticipate upcoming issues and work out potential solutions
- Ability to challenge and motivate others
- Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
- Technical understanding of infrastructure components, their dependencies, and interactions between servers, virtual systems, networks, databases, web applications, etc
