Inviting applications for the role of Treasury and Controlling – Assistant Manager – English – Remote Hungary

 

In this role, [The Treasurery and Controlling Manager handles the automation of the process, identifies improvement opportunities and completes it with stakeholders, monitors execution and performance.

 

Responsibilities
·       Automation & RPA Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions to automate routine, rule-based tasks within supply chain management, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
·       Agentic Automation: Develop intelligent, agentic automation systems that enable adaptive decision-making capabilities, autonomously optimizing processes based on real-time data.
·       Collaborate with business experts to identify opportunities for automation and data science projects, logging ideas, and evaluating their potential business impact.
·       Triage and prioritize RPA and data science initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
·       Develop and deploy advanced analytics models to support decision-making, predictive analysis, and proactive issue resolution within the SCM framework.
·       Collaborate with external partners, and internal teams for the development and integration of automation and data science solutions.
·       Enhance and maintain legacy systems through the integration of advanced automation technologies, driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
·       Monitor the performance of automation solutions and continuously refine them to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
 
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

·       Strong experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

·       Familiarity with agentic automation and AI-driven decision-making systems is highly desirable.

·       Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in automation frameworks.

·       Experience with SCM processes, especially within the automotive or manufacturing industries.

·       Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with a focus on automation and data analytics.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
