Job Description
- Responsible for integration of Underground Operational data into PowerBI
- Responsible for Maintaining Deswik Ops and Newtrax enterprise resource management systems
- Responsible for analysing data and reporting opportunities for improvement to appropriate team members
- Responsible for identifying gaps in data and assisting with closing of gaps to ensure high quality data
- Responsible for report writing and distribution of all reports for Underground Mine Operations
- Responsible for month end KPI reporting and analytics
- Responsible for Supervision of team of Short Interval Control engineers
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in data report generation and maintenance with inclusion of data integration and management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with Deswik

Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.
- Must be able to work shift work with 12 hour shifts.
- Occasionally may be required to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) during the workday.
- Work is in a surface mine plant setting, which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity.
- Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine environment, including hart hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.
