Position Summary…

What you’ll do…

The Sr. Manager, Advanced Analytics – is pivotal in driving the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions focused on enhancing safety, risk management, and incident analysis in our facilities

Owns the Build of Safety Program Alerts and Trend Monitoring

  • Develop Safety Program Alerts: Design and implement advanced analytics models to create real-time safety alerts.
  • Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze safety trends across stores to identify patterns and potential areas of concern.
  • Data Integration: Integrate multiple data sources to enhance the accuracy and reliability of safety alerts and trend monitoring.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with safety ops and AP teams to ensure the effective deployment and utilization of safety alerts.

Owns the Development of Proactive Risk Detection and Measurements

  • Risk Detection Models: Develop and refine predictive models to proactively detect potential risks within store operations.
  • Risk Metrics: Establish and maintain key risk indicators and metrics to quantify and track risk levels.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update risk detection methodologies to ensure they remain effective and relevant.

Owns Real Time Incident Root Cause Analytics

  • Incident Analysis: Lead the development of analytics tools to perform root cause analysis on real-time incidents.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Generate actionable insights from incident data to inform decision-making and improve store safety protocols.

What you’ll bring:

Proficiency in SQL, GCP and R/Python.

Dashboard: Power BI, good to have Tableau, Looker or Google Analytics.

8+ years’ Professional Experience in Data Analysis, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

Analytical skills:

  • A/B testing frameworks
  • Hypothesis testing, statistics, and probability
  • User telemetry and click stream tracking
  • Working knowledge of Machine learning frameworks
  • Strong communicator
  • Can effectively synthesize, visualize, and communicate ideas to others
  • Storytelling using data
  • Cross functional leadership

Minimum Qualifications…

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 8+ years’ Professional Experience in Data Analysis, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools and scripting languages (for example, SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau)
  • Preferred Qualifications…

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
