User Experience Researcher (UX)

Job Description

We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Researcher to join our growing team. As a user researcher at Phenom, you will plan, conduct, and deliver user research projects. We are a diverse group of UX researchers and designers developing innovative solutions for customers around the globe. You will partner with your team on generative and evaluative research to develop actionable insights using a variety of methods that drive a positive impact.Work Experience

As a user researcher you will:

Plan, conduct, and deliver user research projects, including

• Design and manage user research projects utilizing various methods including but not limited to interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Conduct research on SaaS products and AI initiatives while partnering with stakeholders such as Product Owners, Engineering, and UX Designers.
• Communicate research findings in a compelling and actionable fashion.
• Look to continuously improve our research methods and processes

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as user researcher or similar role
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in HCI, Information/Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with research methods (remote and in-person), such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry, and workshops – including an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.
• Good communication skills – You can effectively communicate your research in a confident and effective manner.
• Strong desire to deliver actionable insights that have an impact on our product development and customer success.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment with a diverse, cross time-zone team that includes Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers.
• A desire to grow your career while improving your own skill set and those of our team.
