Project – the aim you’ll have

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team and work with one of our inspiring US clients. This suite of data-driven SaaS solutions is designed for the modern in-house marketer. Originating from a network of award-winning agencies, the platform empowers marketers to drive both business and brand impact by providing them with the tools they need to succeed.

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Data Engineering, with a focus on building and maintaining data platforms and pipelines.  
  • Deep understanding of data engineering principles and modern data platforms, including Snowflake, BigQuery, and AWS.  
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data related issues efficiently.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. 
  • Experience in digital advertising, identity graphs, and audience insights, providing a strong foundation for understanding the business needs and challenges in these areas. (Nice to have) 

 

What you will do

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, AWS, and BigQuery to support data integration needs across the organization.  
  • Create and manage automated workflows for data processing, ensuring that data is ready for analysis and insights.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize digital consumer identities, graphs, and audience insights, enhancing data-driven decision-making.  
  • Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance, ensuring reliability and efficiency in data processing and storage.  
  • Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and external vendors to understand data requirements and deliver robust solutions.  
  • Maintain thorough documentation of data architecture, workflows, and best practices, ensuring knowledge sharing and adherence to standards.
