Understand the scope of chatbot/ voice bot as defined by business analyst
Design BOT personality based on business needs
Design the responses and further questions based on the intents identified
define the contextual flow of conversation
Design the complex enterprise requirement, which involves designing multiple BOTs
Design UI for Chatbots
Work experience 5+ years
Relevant experience 2+ years
Worked on a project for developing conversational BOT (Speech Bot or Chat BOT)
Minimum 3 projects completed.
Exposure to Lex/ GDF or any other AI platform
Understands customer service industry/ contact center.
GDF / Lex training completion certificate
Developer experience on GDF/Lex
Conversation design course
Proficiency in Language other than English
