The Role
The Workforce Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver Total Rewards programs and projects. This position will leverage HRIS systems to provide analytical support to functions including absence management, benefits, compensation, financial planning, retirement, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Performs data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations.
- Develops and generates regular reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis to monitor the effectiveness of Total Rewards plans.
- Provides data insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize Total Rewards operations and streamline core processes to improve team member experiences.
- Utilizes reports and various tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from various sources and transforms into usable metrics.
- Prepares and delivers required reports and filings.
- Remains informed on industry and analytical trends, best practices, and technologies.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to resolve problems or meet objectives through data analysis.
- Tests and validates models to ensure accurate prediction of outcomes of interest.
- Participates in surveys and other external benchmarking activities to evaluate and improve Total Rewards strategy.
Knowledge, Skill, & Abilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) and other data management tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work effectively at a computer up to 8 hours daily.
Education
Experience
Degree: Bachelors’ Degree
Years: Minimum of 1 year experience
Field: Human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Field: HRIS systems and data analysis tools
