Job Description

The Works and Rewards Analyst will work on and support client projects in a new team based in our Global Delivery Center(s). The projects will be related to work and rewards programs covering, for example, market pay benchmarking, pay design and job levelling, incorporating WTW-specific methodologies, tools and templates. In this role, the analyst will work with consultants based in North America, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East or Asia Pacific.

The Role

  • Research, collect, organize and present data in Excel and/or use WTW proprietary software
  • Conduct analysis (e.g. market pay benchmarking analysis) following specific methodologies and utilizing specific tools and templates
  • Perform industry and financial research as required
  • Populate and draft reports for client use using standardized templates and reports
  • Collaborate with consultants on client requests and deliverables
  • Develop technical knowledge in general rewards and executive compensation
  • Work according to established workflows and process tools
  • Manage time and workload to accommodate the volume of work for a quick turnaround

The Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with an analytical focus or any relevant discipline
  • Oral and written communication. Strong command of the English language
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to work in shifts, real-time interaction required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data effectively and produce high-quality results
  • Demonstrate sound and appropriate analytical judgement
  • Very flexible in doing quality checks on diverse projects
  • Self-driven with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, and integrity
  • 1-2 years of experience in market pay benchmarking work or similar desirable
